Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Refunds may be issued only when:

• The event is canceled and not rescheduled;
• The purchaser was charged incorrectly or more than once; or
• A refund is required by applicable law.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Any additional options will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
